Ordering from us
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will be sent an acknowledgement email detailing your order.

When we despatch the order  this indicates that we have formally accepted the order and the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.
(b) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
(c) Where goods are not available.
(d) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
(e) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
(f) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom and next day delivery is required.
(g) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18.

By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over. We may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion

Pricing

Our prices are reviewed periodically
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

Delivery
We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of receipt of your order. We only process and dispatch orders during our working hours of 0900-1700 Monday to Friday timescales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends.

We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

 

Your Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address or because you have failed to collect your parcel, you will be responsible for paying the cost of postage to re send the item out. Once we have received payment for the postage costs you will need to provide us with the correct address before we send it back out.

If your item is personalised then it will not be eligible for a refund if it is sent back to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address so please check your address carefully when placing an order.

You are solely responsible for the information you input into the delivery address, hence why we won’t be able to compensate for any errors on behalf of customer error.

Some postal addresses outside of mainland UK  may not be covered by our normal delivery services  in which case we will  contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.

If you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at of the problem within 28 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
The majority of our products are dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail.  In the event that you have not received your items, we advise you to check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.

In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.

International Delivery (Outside The UK)

We offer international shipping to over 30 Countries. Please note, customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international deliveries. If a delivery is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by us in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

All postage costs (not including import charges) for international customers can be seen at checkout when inputting your delivery address.

Next day delivery is not currently available.

Order Cancellations
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
Order cancellations must quote your order number and be  made in writing,  within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by or by telephone  01623 651013 before we have dispatched the goods to the delivery address.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘Returns and exchange’ section below.

Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been miss-spelt.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Lost/Stolen and Damaged Packages

Football Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please check the following things before contacting us:

• Check to see if anyone else in the property has picked up the parcel.
• Check with your neighbours and surrounding properties to see if it has been delivered there by mistake.
• Check all around the property and any safe spaces to see the parcel has been delivered there.
• Check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office to see if they have the parcel.

If you are still unable to locate the parcel after following all of these steps then please fill out this ‘Declaration of non-receipt’ form provided by Royal mail.

Without this form filled in we cannot open an investigation/claim with Royal Mail for your package. Once completed please contact us and we can input a claim to them.

In the unfortunate event of a missing, stolen or damaged parcel we can raise a claim process on your behalf with Royal Mail; if there is enough evidence for us to do so. This will also be at our sole discretion. This process can take up to 20 working days to conclude and we will only be able to update you when the claim concludes.

Returns and exchange

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from product delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return request and refund once the 14 days after delivery has passed.

Please note that personalised items and certain products that are made to order are non-returnable and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. We retain the right to refuse or accept returns on these items at our discretion. Please see below for a list of non-returnable items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we sold it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t offer direct exchanges. To simplify the process you would like to swap an item for a different item or size you’ll need to return the item to us. We will then process a refund for the item and you will need to place a new order for the new item you require.

 

Receipt of an incorrect/faulty item

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure all orders are correct at the point of dispatch, on occasions an error may occur. If you have received an incorrect/faulty item please contact us with your order details and details of the issue. To avoid delay please ensure to include images of the issue.

In the unfortunate event you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label or arrange for the item to be collected by Royal Mail.

Returning your item

Please contact us before returning an item to see if your item is eligible for return. If your item is eligible for return you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return postage unless the item is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item.

When returning your item please include your full name, order number and reason for return inside the parcel. We do advise you send the item tracked to protect yourself in the event the item is lost by Royal Mail or your chosen courier. We will not be held responsible if we don’t receive your returned item. Refunds

If you return an item we will refund the cost of the item only and not the postage unless the item was faulty or you received the incorrect item. If you have returned an item due to it being faulty or incorrect we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item and the postage.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issued a refund.

We aim to process refunds for returned items within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please be aware that refunds made to your debit / credit card can take up to 7 business days to show in your account. These processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Discounts
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that we endeavor to match colours but there may be the occasional variation from the colour displayed on your monitor, and your order is placed at your own risk.

Clothing
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item should be returned with its original packaging.

Our normal delivery times are within 5 working days. If you item cannot be delivered and is returned we will charge again for re-delivery. The re-delivery charge is £5.00.
