Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?
We endeavor to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually during quieter periods this is within 2-3 working days of them being placed and most orders arrive within 3-5 working days. However during peak times including Mothers Day Fathers Day & especially Christmas it is not always possible so please allow extra time for your order to be shipped and delivered during these periods (up to 7-10 working days)

What Postage service do you use?
All items sent to UK addresses are sent out using Royal Mail tracked services, your tracking number will automatically appear in the my account section of the website when your order has been shipped.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes International shipping is available, most orders arrive within 14 days however please allow from 14-21 days for International orders to arrive.

What will happen if I am not in to accept delivery?
If you are unable to accept delivery a calling card will be put through your letterbox. You can then contact your local sorting office/ courier collection point to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Is an invoice included with my order?
We do not include an invoice with any orders as some are for gifts. We may from time to time include promotional material such as leaflets.

When is the deadline for Christmas delivery?
The final date to order for Christmas delivery is Tues 17th December 2024
All items ordered after this date will be dispatched during or after the Christmas break but may not arrive until after the 25th December.

Will all of my items arrive together?
Usually yes, however, some items are sent separately as they are made in different areas of our production facility and cannot be shipped together.
